30 Incredible iPhone Photos of Trees

Thank you for participating in our weekly iPhone photography contest. This week the contest theme was trees, and any photos where trees are prominent could be submitted. With a total of 310 submissions, it wasn’t easy to pick the winners, but here are my personal favorites.

How to Enter the Next Photo Contest

Including empty space in your photos is one of the easiest ways to make your subjects stand out. Besides that, leaving a good amount of empty space also helps you keep your photo simple, and simple compositions are always harmonious.

Processed with VSCOcam with x5 preset

That’s why the new contest theme is empty space, and any photos that include a good amount of empty space can be submitted.

To participate, simply tag your photos using IPSEmpty tag on EyeEm. You can tag photos in the description field when you upload them, or when you edit the description of a photo that has already been uploaded (tap the three dots icon to edit a photo).

All photos must be shot and edited on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Please upload photos to EyeEm in full resolution and without any watermarks to make sure I can feature them on the website. Please do not submit more than 10 photos each week.

The submission deadline is Sunday, July 13.
