Thank you for participating in our weekly iPhone photography contest. The contest theme this week was plants, and any photos of plants, flowers, leaves or trees could be submitted. With almost 500 entries it wasn’t easy to pick the winners this week, but here are my personal favorites.

How to Enter the Next Photo Contest
Last week we published a tutorial covering 10 tips for creating powerful black and white photos with your iPhone. The article explored the elements that contribute to creating amazing black and white photos, such as contrast, texture, patterns, shapes, shadows and composition.
So the new contest theme is black and white, and any black and white photos can be submitted.
To participate, simply tag your photos using IPSBW tag on EyeEm. You can tag photos in the description field when you upload them, or when you edit the description of a photo that has already been uploaded (tap the three dots icon to edit a photo).
All photos must be shot and edited on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Please upload photos to EyeEm in full resolution and without any watermarks to make sure I can feature them on the website. Please do not submit more than 10 photos each week.
The submission deadline is Sunday, September 14.
Absolutely love these images. It’s a pleasure to see mine included. Thank you VERY much!
Woo Hoo! Elaine!
Lovely gallery – congrats to all. Thanks for selecting my sunflower.
Congrats Tracy!
I know it’s late in coming, but I just wanted to say that your photo really stood out to me. Congratulations. Very well-deserved.
It’s hard to improve upon the beauty of nature but these images certainly did! Thank you so much for including two of my images in this beautiful collection. Well done all!
Wonderful selections! I especially love TracyMitchellGriggs’ photo. Such beautiful light and darkness.
